more often…or so they say.
There for a few years I was writing a lot. Then there was a period in life where life happened and I got away from writing. Throughout the years I’ve kept a notebook with coaching related stuff including a page with topics to blog about. Things like why kJ’s (kilojoules) are as if not more important than things like TSS for long course triathlon, race morning meals, swim paddles and cleaning up some of the most popular and still relevant training posts. I’ve also got several product reviews lines up including some running shoes and Kiwami sleeved swim skins and Spider LD Aero race kit.
The sooner I can write these up the faster I can get rid of my notebook since I’m almost out of clean pages.
